A: If you see an item on our social media but do not see it available on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style. Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! Standard International shipping is $24.99 and takes 10-20 business days. This is the only option for shipping Internationally at this time. Standard shipping to Canada is $14.99 and takes 10-0 business days to arrive.

Expedited: 3-6 business days-$14.99
Express Shipping 1-2 business days-$49.99 ** please note your order has to be placed before 7am PST for the order to go out the same day. If the order is made after the cutoff time it will ship the following business day.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to ship. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?
A: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. Your confirmation email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Q: What if my order has not been delivered?
A: If after contacting USPS you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. and we'll be happy to assist you.
Q: I've just placed my order, Can I change it?
A: We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for changes to your order.
Q: Have you received my return items and how long does it take to show in my account?
A: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your refund has been processed a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout. If you have not received an email within 10 business days of us receiving the package please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. The refund does process in our systems for up to 3 business days. In turn the rest of the processing time is up to your bank. Please contact your financial institution for more details on when you will see the funds reflect back into your account.
Q: Can I use a gift card online?

Q: What is your store policy?
A:Regular Priced Items bought on JLUXLABEL.com will be accepted for a refund or exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable. To make an exchange or return please print and fill out the form included inside your parcel and send it back with your returned merchandise. A standard shipping fee of $6.95 to US, $14.99 to Canada or $24.99 International will be charged to your card for the exchange Shipping and Handling. Q: Can I have a gift card or store credit instead of a refund?
A: At this time we do not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for a refund.
Shipping and Handling
We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 10-20 business days. Please note that J L U X L A B E L is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. JLUXLABEL does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $14.99 are non refundable. Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.

All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
