1. Eligibility

Entry is open only to Eligible Entrants as defined in the Schedule above.
Entrants must enter personally and may not submit entries on behalf of others.
JLUXLABEL reserves the right to verify age, identity, residence, and eligibility at any time.

2. How to Enter

Entrants must complete all required actions under Entry Method during the Competition Period.
Incomplete, late, or unverifiable entries will not be accepted.
Private accounts may not be eligible if JLUXLABEL cannot verify completion of entry steps.
One entry per entrant. No bonus entries.

3. Prize

The prize consists of a shopping experience for both the winner and one designated friend, as described in the Schedule each recipient selects 5 styles from the Yacht Club Collection on JLUXLABEL.com at the time of redemption.
Styles are subject to availability at the time of redemption. JLUXLABEL does not guarantee the availability of any specific item.
Prize is limited to styles within the Yacht Club Collection only. No substitutions from other collections will be permitted.
Shopping credit or gift codes issued as part of this prize may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by JLUXLABEL.
Prize is not transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected at random after the Competition Period ends.
JLUXLABEL will contact the winner via Instagram DM on or around the date listed in the Schedule.
JLUXLABEL is not responsible for unread messages, message requests filtered by Instagram, or incorrect account information provided by the entrant.

5. Claiming the Prize

Winner must respond within 48 hours with all required details, including full name, contact email, Instagram handle, and the name and email address of the friend designated to receive the second shopping experience.
If the winner does not respond in time or fails to provide the requested information, they forfeit the prize and JLUXLABEL may select another winner.
Verification of completed entry steps including feed likes, "found it" comments, entry form submission, and "all aboard" comment may be required before prize codes are issued.

6. Prize Delivery

Shopping credit or gift codes will be delivered via email within 5 business days of successful winner verification.
JLUXLABEL is not responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect contact information provided by the winner or their designated friend.
Codes are valid for use on JLUXLABEL.com on the Yacht Club Collection only and must be redeemed within [EXPIRY PERIOD] of issue.

7. Personal Information

JLUXLABEL may collect personal details from entrants for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
